To Whom it May Concern,

Luis and I worked together in Disneyland Resort Operations where I was was his peer and leader for a year.

I always enjoyed my time working with Luis, he is a very friendly, outgoing, and approachable person that got along with everyone he worked with. Luis’s biggest strength is his character, his friendly and go getting attitude made him a very valuable member of my team whenever we worked together. He is very dependable, and knows how to get things done, while at the same time he is not afraid to ask questions, whether it be asking for help, or just trying to learn new things.

Luis and I have had many conversations about what it takes to work in a STEM field, as a mechanical engineer, I could ask him for insight on his personal architectural designs on how they would work, to which he would always have an answer ready.

He is passionate about everything he does, which is further exemplified as he traveled abroad to gain a better understanding of older architectures and styles.

Taking everything into consideration, I know that Luis would make a fantastic addition to any team at the Resort, and he would especially excel on a team combining everything he is passionate about, and this internship encompasses just that!
